Getting Items into our Shoppe: Due to overwhelming response, we only accept items without appointment on Tuesdays during business hours. If you can't bring your items on Tuesdays, please call to make other arrangements at 517-518-6925. Please bring help with large items. We have recommendations for movers to help with a fee. All large items such as furniture must be pre-approved by A & L Charity Bargain Outlet prior to consignment or resale. Please bring in a photo or email us a picture using the form below, or send us an email.
All items must be clean, stain, and odor free and must be in excellent condition. A & L Charity Bargain Outlet reserves the right to reject any item unsuitable for resale. Please do not take it personally if we do not accept your items. We base "no thank you" on current inventory, condition and past selling experience. A & L Charity Bargain Outlet reserves the right to discard any item that has been deemed unfit for sale during the consignment period due to missing parts, damage, or breakage.
A & L Charity Bargain Outlet is not responsible for lost, broken, or stolen items. Our pricing: Pricing is made by A & L Charity Bargain Outlet and the consignor/seller. What we look for in pricing merchandise- condition, style, popularity of item, and the original price.
Consignment period: We have a 60-day contract period. Markdowns will be 20% off after 30 days. It is the consignor's responsibility to pick up the expired items. You have 10 days to pick up expired items. Any item not picked up on or prior to the expiration period will either be sold at 50% off original price or it will be donated to charity.
Payment: You will receive 50% of the final sale price. You may stop by at any time to receive your payment or use as a store credit. It is the consignor's responsibility to contact A & L Charity Bargain Outlet to initiate their pay out.
After the 60 days consignment is over, A & L Charity Bargain Outlet reserves the right to reconsign furniture at a lower price (at consignor's approval) that has not sold during the contract period.
If you are bringing in multiple items please have an item list so we can identify all your items properly.
